In an effort to reduce cost for students and families, the 2025-2026 Yearbook will be shifting to a new production company, Walsworth Yearbooks. Online purchasing and senior/business ads, as well as many other features from years prior, will still be available. As we continue to make this shift, please be on the lookout for more Yearbook information in your student's grade level Google Classroom, as well as the XHS November Newsletter.

Senior Headshots & Baby Photos

Opportunities for senior headshots will be made available through BetterImages and GCCC Digital Design during the month of October.

If you would like to submit a senior headshot from a company other than BetterImages or GCCC Digital Design, or if you would like to submit a Senior baby photo, please see the guidelines below:

• Senior headshots must be 4x5 at 300 ppi and can be submitted as a digital or hard copy.
• Senior baby photos can be submitted as a digital or hard copy.
• Submit digital photos to xhsyearbook@xeniaschools.org.
• Hard copy photos will not be accepted.
• The yearbook staff reserves the right to deny a Senior picture if not properly formatted, or deemed inappropriate.
• The deadline for submitting Senior headshots and Senior baby photos is January 9, 2026.
