In an effort to reduce cost for students and families, the 2025-2026 Yearbook will be created by a new production company, Walsworth Yearbooks. Online purchasing and senior/business ads, as well as many other features from years prior, are now available. 

Orders can be placed online through a link or by visiting yearbookforever.com and searching Xenia High School. Personalization will be available for an additional cost when ordering.

Cost

This year's yearbook is available for a NEW, LOW price of $55 through December 19, 2025. The cost will then increase to $60 through January 16, 2026.

Senior Recognition Ads & Business Ads

Senior Recognition Ads and Business Ads can now be ordered for placement in the 2025-26 yearbook. Orders can be placed online using the XHS link, or by visiting yearbookforever.com and searching Xenia High School. Payment for the ads is made at the time order is placed. All ads must be ordered by January 31, 2026. The cost of the ads will be as follows: 

• Full Page - $125.00
• One Half Page - $65.00
• One Quarter Page - $30.00 
• One Eighth Page - $15.00  

Senior Headshots

• You may use the standard photo taken on picture day at school. This photo will be submitted to the yearbook staff and will be used for the yearbook.
• You may choose to book a Senior Headshot photo with an approved photographer. You may choose to book a session with either of the following:
  • betterImages - The Senior Headshot flyer package can be viewed here. Book using this direct link or follow the QR code on the flyer to contact the studio to schedule an appointment. 
  • 320 Photography - Information about packages and booking may be found on their website.
• Submit a photo for consideration. If any family had their Senior photographed for the Senior Headshot by another photographer not listed above, those photos must be submitted for review ASAP to Mr. Caldwell. He will determine if the photos can be used for the yearbook. Please submit the photograph via email to Mr. Caldwell.  
• All Senior Headshot photos must be received by the yearbook staff by December 19, 2025.

Senior Baby Photos

Senior baby photos can be scanned and emailed to Mr. Carter, the XHS Yearbook Advisor. We are only accepting digital submissions this year. No physical copies will be accepted. All baby photos must be submitted to Mr. Carter by December 19, 2025.
